why is there blank white screen in my sony cyber shot dsc-w170 camera?
it has been 2 months and still my sony cyber shot dsc-w170 camera,s screen is blank white. Ithe camera dont capture any photos either and it dont show the picture if i click….plz can u help me what is wrong with my camera.
Maybe the image is oversaturated. Can you see the menus in the back? If so, try and set it back to defaults and then take a picture in automatic mode. If not, then you may have to consider sending it in for service; typically around $100-110. Call them first, you pay to ship it to them, they make an estimate and call you back before starting. If you don’t want it repaired then they pay to ship it back.
