I need a simple mobile with my 2 requirement features i.e. Wifi & Dual-Sim?

I live in India. And i do not prefer Nokia, Sony Ericsson or chinese one.
Any other companies like
MicroMax, Spice, Karbonn or Max… which are available in India.
And my budget is with in Rs.10000/-
