Black Alltel
Why can’t I install Alltel’s Jump Music program?
When I double click on the .exe file I download from the Alltel site, it opens a black DOS window, but then quickly terminates. The program has behaved this way on two different computers, and even Alltel customer support couldn’t help me. If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
I finally got an answer from Alltel support…heres what they said:
We are having an issue with the Jump Music website at this time. We do have a ticket opened on it , so that may be why it is not working. We will get this addressed as quickly as possible. Again I do apologize.
